Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 6 to 14 business days. You receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible through the contact page. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Start a return by sending us a message through the contact page with your order number.

Sizing & fit

How do I choose the right size for my horse?

Fly veils and halters come in Cob and Full. Cob generally fits finer ponies and smaller horses up to around 15.2hh, Full fits most horses from 15.2hh up. If your horse is between sizes, we recommend Full.

How do riding leggings fit?

Our leggings and base layers are true to size with a slim athletic fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. Each product page includes a fit tip.

Matchy sets

How do I build a matching set?

Pick a color, then complete the look: saddle pad, fly veil and bandages for your horse, and coordinating rider wear for you. Our Matchy Sets collection shows everything that belongs together.
